Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a very convenient location, just opposite the train station and the beautiful Piece Hall. The rooms are comfortable with a mix of bed options but some might have limited views. The staff is extremely accommodating, going out of their way to meet special requests. The dining experience offers helpful gluten-free options but lacks variety. A noteworthy feature is the proximity to the train station and a nearby arts center, making it ideal for certain travelers.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy with a very extensive library of old books and dark furniture, featuring 2 single beds. The service was outstanding, as they went out of their way to accommodate my special requests and even helped with luggage. The location was perfect, right by the station with excellent links to other local towns. The dining experience, with helpful gluten-free options, was well served. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and had an extensive collection of old books, but the 4 Poster bed was a special touch. The service was top-notch with staff going out of their way to accommodate my special requests. The location was super convenient, right across from the train station. The dining experience offered helpful gluten-free options, though the chocolate croissants were a highlight. Overall, a great value for money stay.
